Once your picnic is booked, you will receive an invoice. A deposit of 50% will be required to hold your date. The remainder balance is due 72 hrs before your event.

The day of your picnic we arrive 30 minutes to 1 hour prior your arrival so everything is ready for your special event!

Each picnic is 2 hours long. 

We recommend a 72 hour notice, however it always depends on availability so we recommend that you plan ahead so you can secure your desired date and time.

Feel free to bring your own food, or we can help with that. We follow all park rules and glass is not permitted at public parks. 

We understand that life happens. We do not offer refunds, but we can reschedule your reservation if given a 48-hour notice at no cost.
